Posisi :

1. Maintenance Planer – Cilegon

Responsibilities:

• Strong Engineering background with solid understanding of Safety Policies and Risk Matrix.
  Ensures all equipment is properly maintained to achieve Plant KPI (Reliability, Availability, Efficiency).
  Performs job walkdowns and defines required activities for each work order (PM, CM, TAR).
  Responsible for planning and executing TAR and planned shutdowns.
  Maintains complete and accurate equipment records and system administration.
  Reviews and updates PM/CM key parameters based on Linde references and OEM documentation.
  Coordinates manpower, materials, and services to ensure efficient and high-quality maintenance work.
  Actively contributes to Root Cause Analysis and ensures compliance with internal, external, and statutory standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  3-5 years experiences in maintenance, reliability, or planning roles (industrial, manufacturing, or plant environment preferred

2. Senior Instrument Engineer – Gresik

Responsibilities:

• Design and/or review the best process control strategy required as per the job assigned.
  Design and/or review the best instrumentation system strategy required as per the job assigned.
  Create MOC on every modification required
  Create project estimation and selection
  Man Management & labor management in project basis
  Responsible for improving performance all Instrumentation and Process Control Issue
  Responsible for any urgent emergency call related with Instrumentation and Process Control

Requirements:

• Experience in PLC system, DCS, field device instrumentation, process analyzer devices and computer network as well
  Practical knowledge and skill in conducting Hazard Analysis and Operability Study (HAZOPS) techniques, Risk Assessment and managing loss prevention program, Root Cause Analysis
  Good knowledge of Instrumentation and Process Control principles.

3. Bulk Sales Management – Kelapa Gading

Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Set and carry out sales plans through a well understanding of existing and potential customers’ requirement and demand to achieve goals and financial targets; Prepare quotations/proposals; Negotiate and contract customers; Identify and explore of new business opportunities.
  Customer Service: Make regular contact and visit to customers; Respond to customer’s inquiry promptly; Receive and follow up customer’s order to be delivered on the promised date; Give technical assistance and presentation on product specification and application; Conduct and assist trial on product application
  People Management: Develops motivated, effective, and efficient Sales team; Ensures staff capability and commitment to achieve the targets built; Provides coaching (focused on skills development) to Sales personnel.
  Quality and Safety Management: Compliance with all company quality and safety procedures and requirements
  Account Management: Create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, Ensure necessary action are taken by others related department for any customer complain, Lead Negotiation to resolve customer outstanding issue related with Invoice, Price Increase, MTOP, contract, product delivery and others commercial issue
  Experience with customer relationships

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are very welcome
  Preferable if have experience in Sales & Marketing
  Fluent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

4. PGP Operator & Testshop – Karawang (Contract Based)

Responsibilities:

• Comply with all occupational safety regulations and company policies related to safety as stated in the KKB.
  Perform internal and external inspections of cylinders.
  Conduct cylinder testing (hydrotest) according to the required test pressure, dry the cylinders, and reinstall the valves.
  Install cylinders into the MCP (cradle) and perform removal when required.
  Maintain production equipment and company inventory properly.
  Move cylinders using a forklift.
  Perform other tasks related to duties in PGP / CSCM

Requirements:

• Willing to work shifts and flexi-time
  Understand the properties of gases, their hazards, and precautions
  Able to operate equipment in the test shop
  Able to operate a forklift (Has a SIO)
  Able to operate at least Excel and Word

5. Treasury & Account Payable (AP) Assistant – Kelapa Gading (Contract Based)

Responsibilities:

• Supporting senior staff for reporting to and taking direction from financial managers & accountant
  Completing a range of routine administrative tasks
  Collecting and inputting financial data into spreadsheets and software and ensuring that all data is up to date
  Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and statements
  Helping accountant and finance managers to monitor and manage individual accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accounting
  Minimum 3 years job experience on Finance Operation cycle
  Familiar with range of finance software and computerised accounting systems
  Good communication skills
  Good written and spoken English
  Attention to details and can work under pressure in the fast-paced environment
