Gempa bumi Samudera Hindia 2004 yang terjadi di pesisir barat Sumatra beberapa saat setelah dua pesawat Cessna Grand Caravan pertama Susi Air dipesan, langsung digunakan untuk membantu pengiriman peralatan dan obat-obatan bagi regu penolong.

Posisi :

1. Management Trainee – General

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of senior management, the Management Trainee (General) will be responsible for:

  • Assisting management in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
    Supporting cross-departmental projects to improve efficiency and performance.
    Conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports for management decisions.
    Participating in presentations, meetings, and management reviews.
    Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
    Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.
    Preparing for leadership responsibilities through on-the-job training and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline from a top or reputable university.
    Minimum GPA: 3.25/4.00 (preferred).
    Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
    Internship or organizational leadership experience is an advantage.
    Experience in aviation or fast-paced industries is a plus.
    Not required, but leadership or management-related certifications are an advantage.
    Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
    Good command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Strong analytical and presentation skills.

2. Management Trainee – Human Resource (Expat)

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Expatriate will be responsible for: Info CPNS

  • Managing end-to-end HR processes for expatriates (pilots & engineers).
    Handling recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of expatriate staff.
    Preparing and managing employment contracts, extensions, and renewals.
    Coordinating payroll, benefits, and insurance for expatriates.
    Managing work permits, visas, and other expatriate-related documentation.
    Acting as a liaison between expatriates and management.
    Addressing employee relations matters and providing HR support as needed.
    Ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
    Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (prior experience in HR, expatriate management, or related roles is a plus).
    Experience in handling expatriate documentation and labor law compliance is highly desirable.
    Previous experience in aviation or multinational companies is an advantage.
    Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
    Strong command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, especially concerning expatriates.
    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

3. Management Trainee – Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
    Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque administration
    Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation
    Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
    Assist financial audit by the end of the fiscal period
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Major from reputable University
    Familiar with accounting software
    Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
    Able to work individually and within a team
    Work well under pressure
    Creative, innovative, and have a good character
    Excellent organizational skill
    Skilled in multitasking
    Flexible in term of working hours
    Able to work in an agile environment
    Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

4. Management Trainee – Finance

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Input data document to company database
    Checking the completeness of document from the operational base and unit (Manifest, Stowing and Nota)
    Communicate and collaborating with base regarding document revisions and document uploads
    Monitoring reconciliation of income and the supporting documents
    Reconcile income with bank statements
    Provide monthly report of income

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from reputable University
    Minimum 1 year experience in related field
    Familiar with accounting software
    Intermediate up to advance level in excel
    Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
    Able to work individually and within a team
    Creative, innovative, and have a good character
    Excellent organizational skill
    Skilled in multitasking
    Flexible in term of working hours
    Able to work in an agile environment
    Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

5. Management Trainee – Legal

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Legal team on all issue related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders
    Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the company
    Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
    Any other assignment needed by the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree of law from reputable University
    Minimum 1 Year work experience in Legal field
    Have PKPA and UPA is a plus
    Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts
    Able to handle company documents and permits
    Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
    be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
    Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
    Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
    Flexible in terms of working hours
